The Process

We’ll guide you every step of the way to ensure you end up with the property you envision. Please note that timeline, pricing, and offerings will vary on the size of your property and the package you choose.

1. Kickoff

Initial call to go over all your short-term rental property needs, budget, and goals. We’ll use this information to come up with a strategy and walk you through our process.

2. Service Contract

A detailed document of what we can do for you, with a list of deliverables and costs. Upon signing of the service contract, you will be invoiced for your deposit.

3. Design

We will put together a detailed design proposal including design boards showing what the final rooms will look like, a space plan to determine furniture placement, and a shopping list spec’d with links and costs.

4. Client Approval

You get to review your plan and authorize it. Revisions can be made as needed to make sure you love it. Once approved, we collect half of the total fee minus the initial deposit.

5. Procurement

We order all items on your behalf. This includes tracking of shipments, verifying deliveries, and handling returns as needed.

6. Install & Staging

Our install team goes onsite for unboxing, furniture assembly, and staging of all rooms and areas of the property according to the design plan.

7. Online Setup

Photography, listing, and guidebook creation.

8. Property Launch

9. Co-Hosting
