Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality coaching, courses, and consulting services. Due to the nature of our business, we have a clear no-refund policy on most services. Please review the details below carefully before purchasing any of our offerings.

General chargeback and dispute policy: All clients agree to this refund policy at checkout. Any chargebacks will be disputed, as clients are required to acknowledge the no-refund terms before purchasing.

Digital Products

  • Policy: Non-refundable. Since digital courses and resources are instantly accessible, all sales are final.

  • Exception: If a technical issue prevents access, we will provide a fix or issue a replacement.

Airbnb Anywhere Handholding Program

  • Policy: Refundable within 7 days of purchase IF the client has not attended any coaching calls or received a customized plan. No refunds after 7 days, as this is a high-touch coaching service with limited spots.

  • Exception: If a client is unable to continue due to a verified major life event (medical emergency, death in the family), they may request a credit toward a future cohort.

1-Year Retainer

  • Policy: Clients may request a refund within 3 days of payment if no consulting sessions or services have been used. Non-Refundable once services begin.

  • Exception: For monthly payments, clients may cancel future payments but will not receive a refund for past payments.

Live Events & In-Person Trainings

  • Policy: 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before the event. No refunds within 30 days of the event.

  • Exception: If the client cannot attend, they may transfer their spot to another person or apply the credit to a future event.

Payment Plans & Financing

  • Policy: All payment plans must be completed in full. No refunds for partially completed payment plans. Clients must continue payments even if they decide not to continue.

  • Exception: No exceptions.
