Our cozy three-bedroom, one-bathroom home is professionally decorated to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. It features one king-size bed, two queen-size beds, and a fold-away mattress, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. Unwind on the private deck with a BBQ grill, or relax after adventures with the Roku smart TV. Meals are a breeze in the fully stocked kitchen, and a fancy coffee station ensures quick access to your morning brew. Parking for three cars is right outside in our driveway. Each bedroom features plush memory foam mattresses and stylish interiors, combining comfort, convenience, and charm for unforgettable memories.

Our neighborhood is modest with homes that have a more simple and less manicured appearance. We are the gem of our street! Inside our property, you'll find a very clean, cozy, and stylish retreat for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the charm of our space, where you can gather and feel at home. Guest access

The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. A keypad is located at the back door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest.

Other things to note

• Amenities: We provide all hotel standard linens and towels: Bedroom sheets, two pillows per person, duvets, bath towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All items necessary for the house washer-dryer and more. Fully equipped kitchen!

• Neighborhood Dogs: Our neighbor's dog may occasionally bark, typically during guest arrival and departure, which could be heard by guests. However, the dog usually stops barking shortly after. While we aim for a peaceful stay, we want to be transparent. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

• Entry: Keyless smart lock at the front door for your convenience. Codes are sent a couple of days prior to your arrival and expire at the end of your stay at checkout time.

• Neighborhood: Homey WV neighborhood. No neighbors to the back of the house where you will spend most of your time grilling or by the fire table. Please always be respectful with the adjacent neighbors and how beautifully quiet it gets here - enjoy the sounds of nature. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8 am

• In/Out: Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 10am

• Parking: Paved driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars and is conveniently located a few feet from the house. Please don’t park on the street.

• The drive: literally minutes away from the freeway and all amenities in Oak Hill and centrally located between ACE Adventure and the New River Gorge Visitor center

• Film Fun: Enjoy under the stars your favorite movies, shows, live sport events or cast your phone for amazing adventure pictures. We have a quick 3-step setup to place the mobile outdoor projector for a night full of fun!

• Internet: Super fast 500mb reliable internet for all online needs

• Security: One blink front door camera and one blink backyard camera facing the hill and deck area for your safety. No footage is ever being monitored, your privacy is a top priority. For security purposes only.
